A 2024 horror short. Composer and Sound Mixer — wrote the original score and handled the final mix, working against picture.
Horror scoring lives in restraint. The music has to sit behind the picture without intruding, and the few moments where it pushes forward have to land hard. The score was designed to hold the room and disappear into it. The companion piece in the same period is Unconscious Vision — same genre, same year, but the credit there was sound design and mix rather than original score.
