Feel the Magic – Ticha Penicheiro: Against All Odds

Feature documentary directed by André Braz and produced by Trix for Betclic Studios. It is an intimate portrait of Portuguese basketball legend Ticha Penicheiro, tracing her journey from a small town in Portugal to global WNBA stardom through testimonies from players, coaches, family, and peers.

I worked as Sound Editor, building the soundtrack through Foley, ambiences, and sound-effects editing.

The film premiered at Tribeca Festival Lisboa 2025, presenting Ticha’s career as a story of resilience, barrier-breaking, and lasting influence on women’s basketball.
